1. Product Information
We sell live aquarium fish including Guppy, Betta, Shrimp, and Tetra fish. All fish are packed carefully for safe transport.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed only after successful payment. Customers must provide correct shipping details while placing orders.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ensure safe packaging for all fish and plants. Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier services.
4. Replacement Policy
If any fish arrives dead or damaged, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will send a replacement product. Customers may need to pay delivery charges again for the replacement shipment.
5. Extra Gift Policy
For replacement orders, SD Fish Farm may send a small extra gift such as a plant or shrimp as a goodwill gesture.
6. Refund Policy
If a customer chooses a refund instead of replacement, we will refund 70% of the fish purchase amount. Delivery charges are not refundable.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must maintain proper aquarium conditions for fish. SD Fish Farm is not responsible for fish health after successful delivery.
